A Bit About Us

I have always been connected with mother nature. I grew up on a farm and ranch in Western North Dakota. I helped with the garden, the horses, cows, poultry, and farming wheat and flaxseed. I was involved with 4-H and FFA while growing up. I eventually got involved with the Medical Marijuana movement and grew cannabis in both Colorado and Northern California.

I have worked on several different kinds of farms. One of my last garden projects was on Maui. I started a garden for a family so they could have fresh veggies every day. It is very easy to grow anything on the Hawaiian Islands. I fell in love with the variety of tropical plants.

A few years ago, I decided to focus my career in a more healer path. I earned a Master of Herbalism Certification from Greenwisdom School of Natural & Botanical Medicine and earned a 200 hour and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings from Truly Helpful School.

I am currently a Yoga Instructor and Herbalist, creating my herbal products. I also serve as the project coordinator and editor for the quarterly newsletter for Herbalists Without Borders non-profit. I also write articles that are published with this newsletter.

I am working towards a signature program that incorporates both plant medicine, diet, and yoga.
